Douglas Orr is the owner and lead builder of Orr Homes. As a fourth generation Lexingtonian, Doug has a strong understanding of local real estate and the construction of new homes in Massachusetts. He began his journey in home building while attending Minuteman Regional Technical High School in Lexington. With a passion for the craft, Doug prides himself on his exceptional attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Doug is a licensed Construction Supervisor and Home Improvement Contractor. He believes he wouldn’t be where he is today without the support and training he had at Minuteman Tech and continues to support the Lexington community by serving as the Chairperson of the Carpentry Advisory Committee at Minuteman Regional Technical High School.
