HPI Mass RE Development LLC, the Developer of Tuttle Lane, is an affiliate of Park Place Realty Trust (PPRT) and Hannon Property Investments, LLC (HPI), both based in Salem, New Hampshire. PPRT and HPI’s principals are long-time partners that have been involved in the development, ownership and management of commercial and residential real estate in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for over 40 years. PPRT and HPI separately and together have built, bought, sold and leased hundreds of thousands of square feet of property over the years in virtually every corner of the real estate marketplace, including office, industrial, medical, retail, multi-family and special purpose. The Park Place/HPI team has extensive experience with raw land acquisition and development, new construction, complex buildout and rehab projects, property management and tenant / buyer relationships. The partnership is supported by an extensive network of banks, builders, engineers, attorneys, brokers and other professionals that serve as an invaluable resource for both its principals and its customers.
